1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing and using the website of Elite Education (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and purchasing our products (Growth, Pro, and Elite plans), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Description of Service Elite Education provides digital marketing educational content, downloadable resources, and mentorship programs. Our products are delivered digitally via the Whop platform.

3. Payments and Billing

  • Payment Processor: All payments are securely processed through Whop. We do not store your financial information on our servers.

  • Pricing: Prices for our plans (Growth, Pro, Elite) are displayed in EUR and are subject to change without notice.

  • Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with your purchase.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy Due to the digital nature of our products (instant access to knowledge, downloadable files, and intellectual property):

  • All sales are final. We do not offer refunds once the digital content has been accessed or downloaded.

  • By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are buying a non-tangible digital good and agree to waive your right to a refund once the delivery process has started.

  • If you have technical issues accessing the content, please contact our support team immediately.

5. Delivery of Services Upon successful payment, you will receive instant access to a “Welcome Guide” via the Whop dashboard. This guide contains instructions to access the full course materials and mentorship, which may be facilitated through WhatsApp or other communication channels as described in the product details.

6. Intellectual Property All content provided (videos, PDFs, text, graphics) is the intellectual property of Elite Education.

 

  • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the content for personal educational use.

     

  • You may NOT: Share your login credentials, resell the materials, or distribute the content to third parties. Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of your access without refund.

     

7. Earnings Disclaimer

  • Educational Purpose Only: Our courses and mentorship are designed for educational purposes only.

  • No Guarantees: We do not make any guarantees regarding your ability to earn money using our ideas, information, tools, or strategies. Your results depend on your dedication, background, and work ethic. We are not responsible for your business success or failure.

8. Code of Conduct For plans including mentorship (Pro/Elite), we expect professional and respectful behavior. We reserve the right to terminate the mentorship of any student who engages in harassment or abusive behavior towards our team or other students.

9. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Morocco, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
